A bill collector will leave you alone if you advise him you will advise his boss that the bill collector and boss will be subject of an Attorney General complaint. If they do not respect that and continue to harass you, then you know they are a vigilante company. These companies more than likely have no legit debt of yours, make them prove it. Record all calls and attempt to have their phone number traced. If you can get the physical address then those guys are cooked.
