Each agency gives you one free credit report per year. You can get yours by ordering online, by mail, or request one over the phone. Or you can order them all at once with the “Annual credit Report Request Form”

The form is available on http;//ftc.gov/credit and www.annualcreditreport.com, or by mail at Annual Credit Report Request service , P.O. Box 105281, Atlanta GA 30348-5281. There number is toll-free 877-322-8228
If you decide to mail the form and filling it out by your own hand writing, be sure that the form includes everything and is not missing one thing. if you do not like to give out your personal info like social security number, date of birth, etc, then you must know they will not honor your request. Do not be alarmed because you are requesting your info that they already have, they have to make sure it is you.
If you choose to check your credit report online, the official site will walk you through each of the three major credit bureaus. Simply visit www.annualcreditreport.com, select your state, and enter your personal information.
